We built HarrisonRand to be purpose-driven with the needs of our community and collective future in mind. Part traditional agency and part new media production studio, our vision is to empower organizations of all sizes for the long haul with the expert insight, compelling content, and nimble strategy needed for an ever-changing world.

A headline from a 1975 Hudson Dispatch article reads, “Daryl Rand is a Dynamo” - since then, not much has changed. That feature was just the beginning of a nearly five-decade trailblazing journey that has encompassed every aspect of PR and marketing, both locally and globally. Her vision, energy, and expertise have been widely recognized. Daryl is a member of the Advertising Hall of Fame of New Jersey, named by NJBIZ as one of the Best 50 Women in Business, is a recipient of the inaugural NJBIZ ICON Award, and a recipient of the Children’s Hope of India Lotus Award. She is also the first woman to have held the Chairmanship of the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce in the organization’s 135-year history.

For three decades, Jason has invested personally and professionally in advancing strategic approaches that redefine creative content, in concert with community and market development. He began his career in entertainment, which evolved to include real estate, hospitality, fashion, beauty, and consumer goods to launch events, products, and experiences for national and international brands. His innovative, creative problem-solving has been recognized by a number of organizations and publications, including the New York Art Director’s Club,
The New York Times, and Elle Decor.

His track record of success empowers clients to exceed benchmarks, grow market share and accelerate progress. David’s signature attention to detail and hands-on approach ensure the seamless performance of every initiative. Prior to joining the agency, he managed both national and international campaigns and experiential events for a diverse range of entertainment, tourism, and real estate powerhouses.
